Remote is seeking a Payroll Operations Leader to own end-to-end payroll delivery for country groups across LATAM and beyond. You will coach a team of payroll specialists, lead investigations, and ensure compliance and documentation are upheld.

Qualifications

• Experience owning payroll outcomes for a team in regional or multi-country environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership including coaching and performance input.
• Comfortable leading investigations and driving operational resolution.
• Able to apply policies and controls consistently.
• Experience recommending hiring profiles and team changes.

Responsabilités

• Own payroll outcomes for your team with accountability for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide coaching and day-to-day leadership to payroll specialists.
• Lead investigations into payroll issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Contribute to performance ratings and actions as required.
• Foster a safe, high-accountability team environment.
• Own end-to-end payroll delivery for multiple countries with regulatory compliance.
• Sustain knowledge of country-specific payroll requirements within scope.
• Ensure payroll processes are followed, documented, and auditable.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors relevant to your portfolio.
• Support global payroll implementations and country launches.
• Identify risks early and partner with teams to mitigate them.
• Own post-launch payroll outcomes for stability.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support rollout of new tools, automation, and standardized workflows.
• Track KPIs, service levels, and quality metrics.
• Provide operational support for Zendesk-based service workload.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Finance, Legal, Product, and Service Ops to ensure delivery.
• Translate payroll complexity into clear guidance for stakeholders.
