G-P, a remote-first, global employment platform, seeks a Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead multi-country onboarding and delivery for enterprise clients. You will oversee end-to-end onboarding from HR Operations’ view, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and seamless activation.

The role emphasizes enterprise project management, cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Sales, and Product, and driving long-term customer satisfaction with a white-glove approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery.
• Experience in EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end multi-country onboarding programs for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for enterprise Customer POCs.
• Coordinate with HR Ops regional teams to align resources and execution.
• Navigate international labor laws and local regulations for compliance.
• Drive platform adoption and act as escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Document playbooks and improve delivery standards.
