Job summary

BairesDev is a global technology solutions company seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader to guide our TA team and align candidate profiles with client needs. This remote role focuses on strategy, process improvements, and proactive talent identification across multiple accounts.

You will define openings strategy, collaborate with recruiters and project managers, and craft compelling proposals for candidates while maintaining a strong emphasis on timelines and quality across international teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Define Talent Acquisition strategy for available openings.
• Work with the Recruiting team to identify possible candidates for the different openings.
• Work with PMs and AMs to identify farming opportunities in the different accounts.
• Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
• Define economic proposals for candidates.
