Qualifications

• Experience with AEC RFP/RFQ workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English with U.S.-style business communication.
• Strong editing, formatting, and document design skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end proposal lifecycle from tracking to final submittals.
• Tailor content, format documents, and ensure branding consistency.
• Manage internal records and marketing materials.
