FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions in production. You will diagnose business needs, design agentic systems, and deliver production-grade AI tools in collaboration with client teams.

You will operate across consulting, engineering, and execution, owning data sourcing, retrieval, and model behavior while ensuring production readiness and governance in regulated contexts.

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Proven track record deploying AI to production with measurable impact.
• Strong consulting instincts and ability to align stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Discover and workshop business problems with stakeholders.
• Structure the process and create specifications for AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with data, retrieval, and context.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD for AI/ML deployments and post-launch observability.
• Operate post‑launch with groundedness, cost, and latency management.
• Present decisions in front of senior leadership and customers.
