FullStack is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You will bridge consulting and hands-on engineering, shaping problems into scalable architectures and delivering value rapidly.

You will work across discovery, design, build, and post-launch phases with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior in regulated environments for Fortune 500 clients.

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Proficiency with Python and production-grade software.
• Experience with CI/CD for AI/ML systems and retrieval/embedding tech.

Responsabilidades

• Discover and run workshops with stakeholders to uncover AI opportunities.
• Structure processes and write specs for automation with AI.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems, focusing on context and retrieval.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD for AI-enabled deployments and post-launch monitoring.
• Operate and optimize after launch with observability and cost controls.
• Consult with senior stakeholders and defend technical decisions.
