FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect and build AI solutions that survive production. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping business cases with CIOs/VPs while delivering production‑grade AI systems.

You will own data, retrieval, and model behavior, plus CI/CD for AI deployments, working across data, software, and governance in regulated environments. The role demands 8–10+ years in ML, data, and software engineering.

Formación

8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python‑first, production‑grade services; proficient in TypeScript/Node, .NET/C#, or Java is a plus.
Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).
Fluency with retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior for production systems.
Ability to communicate and defend technical decisions to senior business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Discover and workshop requirements with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure process specs and translate to machine-executable specifications.
Architect end‑to‑end agentic systems with data sourcing, retrieval, and orchestration.
Build and ship working AI-enabled systems with robust data flows.
Own day‑2 governance: observability, cost, latency, drift, and handoff to client teams.
