FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled systems in production. You will diagnose problems, design retrieval-enhanced architectures, and ensure trustworthy model behavior while coordinating with business stakeholders.

This is a consultant/engineer role that demands fluency in data, AI, and software engineering. You will operate across discovery, architecture, and delivery, driving impact from day one with Fortune 500

Formación

Proven track record deploying ML/AI at scale in production.
Experience with retrieval-augmented pipelines and vector databases.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions; create executable specs.
Architect & design. End-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
Build. Ship working systems — agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for AI: prompts, contexts, and gated releases.
Operate (Day 2). Monitor evals, observability, cost, latency, drift, and handoff to client teams.
Consult. Present to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
