FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, designing and building AI systems that deliver measurable value. You will assess data readiness, architect end‑to‑end agentic systems, and ship production solutions with robust retrieval and governance.

Collaboration includes CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leaders to ensure success. Ideal candidates have 8–10+ years in ML, data and software engineering, Python‑first development, and a track

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python‑first, production‑grade (typed, tested, deployed services).
• Strong ability to architect data‑driven AI solutions with retrieval.

Responsabilidades

• Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process/spec: map current state, decisions, data inputs, and exceptions.
• Architect & design: end‑to‑end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build: ship working AI systems, prototypes proving value in weeks.
• Operate Day 2: maintain eval, observability, cost, and handoff.
