FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect AI-enabled solutions that prove value in production. You’ll join a three-way role—consultant, operator, engineer—driving discovery, designing agentic systems, and delivering end-to-end implementations for Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll own data sourcing, retrieval architecture, and guardrails, ensuring trustworthy agents through careful data and evaluation.

Formación

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade AI/ML systems experience.
• Strong retrieval, embeddings and model behavior focus.

Responsabilidades

• Discover and workshop with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Structure processes and specs for automations with AI.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems emphasizing context and retrieval.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling.
• Operate CI/CD for AI/ML, including eval harnesses and release gates.
