FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, tackling discovery, scoping, and delivery in real client environments.

On this track, your edge is application engineering: you’ll make agents real inside clients’ systems, workflows, and pipelines, working with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients that demand value and reliability.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional software development.
• Back-end heavy, full-stack capable.
• Production experience with TypeScript/Node, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong in APIs, service design, and distributed systems.
• Proven track record as architect or tech lead.

Responsabilidades

• Discover AI problems through workshops with stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integrations.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD and environments.
• Consult with CTOs and senior leadership; defend decisions.
