Pavago is seeking an Executive Marketing Coordinator to support operations, content coordination, and digital execution across marketing initiatives. This remote role collaborates with leadership and drives social media, CRM workflows, and program materials to keep campaigns on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, remote environment while delivering high-quality results on time.

Formación

• Experience in executive assistance or marketing operations is required.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM/marketing automation.
• Strong English writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting founders or entrepreneurial teams is a plus.
• Proficient with Canva and basic video editing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day executive operations including calendar management and scheduling.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and communities.
• Manage social media engagement and community interactions.
• Build and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel for outreach.
• Assist with CRM management, pipeline tracking, and lead organization.
• Edit and produce short-form video content and branded graphics.
• Organize digital materials and participant resources.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency.
