This remote role requires aligning with U.S. PST business hours and coordinating across multiple channels including social media, content creation, and email campaigns.

The candidate will manage calendars, track projects, and maintain documentation while ensuring timely follow-ups and cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination and operations support.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and CRM workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and executive communications.
• Manage social media content planning, publishing, and engagement tracking.
