Pearster is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to impactful campaigns in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will support executives with calendar management, meeting prep, and communications while collaborating with international clients and remote teams. This entry point offers growth in both marketing and administrative disciplines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
• Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems and digital records.
• Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and communications.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of executives.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed.
