This remote, full-time role emphasizes data-driven decision making and ROI, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, operations, and legal.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or marketing analytics.
• Proven experience managing marketing and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Clio, Zapier, and similar tools.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and optimize new systems quickly.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Optimization: streamline marketing workflows supporting lead generation and client acquisition.
• Technology Management: oversee marketing systems and integration with CRM and documentation tools.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: track KPI, ROI, and create actionable reports.
