Skill Cloud Staffing is hiring an Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support a senior executive and drive strategic initiatives. You will turn ideas into actionable projects, coordinate teams, and manage milestones with accountability across key priorities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles, strong English, and experience using AI tools, CRMs, and PM software. This is a remote role with growth opportunities and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, Executive Assistance, or related roles.
Proven ability to drive projects from planning through launch with milestones and deadlines.
Ability to conduct professional accountability check-ins with senior team members.
Advanced English proficiency communicating with US-based executives and leadership.
Experience translating strategies into actionable plans.
