Jobicy in the EMEA region is seeking a Manager of Customer Success Managers to drive satisfaction and success across the region. The role focuses on leading a team of Customer Success Managers to foster strong client relationships and ensure customers derive maximum value from the company’s offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and support business outcomes, while enabling flexible remote work within the EMEA region.

Formación

• Strong leadership with a track record of managing client relationships.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within tech or software services.
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the product.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to align actions with overall business goals.
