Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Recruiter to source and hire talent for U.S.-based digital commerce teams. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure, with a remote-first setup.

You will partner with clients to deliver business-aligned hires, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, and you will navigate multi-requisition workloads across e-commerce, marketing, operations and product roles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business roles for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience recruiting roles such as E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, or Operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop sourcing strategies for Digital Marketing, Performance, Operations, Product, Tech, and Customer Experience roles.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and business mindset.
• Coordinate onboarding with People & Compliance teams.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress and pipeline health.
• Stay updated on e-commerce hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
