World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This remote, full-time contractor role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Remote work setup and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
• Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates.
• Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.
