Job summary

DOXA is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage a Shopify-based storefront and support digital operations for a boutique. You will ensure content accuracy, optimize product pages and metadata for visibility, and help drive traffic and conversions across online channels.

You will collaborate with an international team, handle purchase orders and inventory updates, and contribute to campaigns and promotions while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify e-commerce platform including day-to-day website administration.
• Experience with inventory, purchase orders, or integrations between e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail operations.
• Experience with digital marketing, lead generation, social media, or paid advertising (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including front-end and back-end functionality.
• Update website content, navigation, imagery, and product information to stay accurate and on-brand.
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical solutions as needed.
• Maintain integrations between the e-commerce platform and brick-and-mortar operations.
• Optimize product pages, metadata, and descriptions for SEO and user experience.
• Upload and update products, pricing, images, and related information in Shopify.
• Support lead-generation and digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare Shopify reports and assist with e-commerce administration.
• Respond to routine website and online customer inquiries.
