Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in growth marketing, demand generation or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, funnels, conversion, paid advertising, CRM, email marketing, analytics, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the overall growth and client-acquisition strategy.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to generate qualified prospective clients.
• Develop and optimize acquisition channels including paid advertising, email, content, SEO, events, partnerships, referrals.
• Evaluate new channels, campaigns, audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Allocate resources toward initiatives with strongest business results.
• Refine offers, messaging and campaigns with company leadership.
• Improve landing pages, lead nurture, follow-up and conversion paths.
• Identify friction in the prospect journey and implement improvements.
• Partner with sales and operations to strengthen lead-to-client conversion.
