Huge is seeking a Director of Technology to lead the global technology team in a remote Colombia-based role. The candidate will drive a technology strategy, partner with clients, and oversee delivery across web, mobile, and data platforms.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with multi-vendor and offshore teams, and a focus on modern architectures and AI-enabled development. Collaboration with account leadership will be essential to realize growth opportunities.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of 10+ developers across multiple streams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with distributed teams and offshore/onshore coordination.
• Experience communicating delivery strategy to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in modern architectural patterns (Jamstack, MACH).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to understand technology needs and build relationships.
• Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee project delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Maintain high-quality standards: code reviews, testing, performance.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensure security/compliance.
• Foster vendor/partner relationships to leverage resources.
• Drive organic growth through account leadership and tech delivery.
• Lead innovation within engineering, stay current with AI and data solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and collaborative culture among teams.
• Guide multi-vendor deliveries and complex API integrations.
