Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the client’s internal application.
• Review data from CRM, Excel, and OMS.
• Follow workflows to process requests and update ticket statuses.
• Escalate issues when information is missing or incorrect.
• Maintain high productivity on high-volume tasks.
