Sweet Epic Travels is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary client liaison from home. You will handle insurance sales inquiries, benefits questions, and general account support while promoting services through outbound outreach.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with customer focus.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clients.
• HIPAA awareness when handling sensitive information is desirable.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-management.
• Multilingual capabilities help serve diverse client populations effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main liaison for clients across channels.
• Handle inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and account questions.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify opportunities.
