A forward-thinking company is seeking a remote Insurance Customer Service Rep to provide exceptional bilingual support for its insurance agency partner clients in Latin America. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound communications with customers in English and Spanish while ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in remote insurance roles and proficiency with Agency Management Systems. Formación
- 2 to 6 years of experience in remote, customer-facing Insurance work.
- Stable home office environment with good internet connection.
Responsabilidades
- Handle inbound & outbound customer communication in English and Spanish.
- Respond to customer inquiries about policies, coverage, and claims.
- Contact customers for renewals and payment reminders.
- Resolve issues with carriers.
