INGEPSY is seeking a Customer Support Agent who is customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented to assist customers across email, chat, and phone. You will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth experience while following company standards.

The role offers remote collaboration with a global team, requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests with a positive attitude.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer support or help desk.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
• Fluent in English if supporting English-speaking customers.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests and improve the overall customer experience.
