INGEPSY is seeking a highly organized Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to support growth, client engagement, and strategic initiatives. The role blends lead generation, relationship management, sales support, and cross-functional project coordination.

You will execute outbound campaigns, qualify leads, manage CRM data, assist proposals, and coordinate special projects with internal and external teams.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Must reside in LATAM.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with prospecting and sales pipelines.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients.
• Qualify leads and coordinate follow-ups with the revenue team.
• Maintain CRM records for prospects, clients, and opportunities.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate special projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support executive communications and scheduling activities.
