Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, providing accurate product information, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining precise records. This role requires 1+ year experience in customer service and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Support, Call Center, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure full resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
