Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels, delivering accurate product and process information while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, excellent English communication, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. You’ll work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Formación

1+ year of experience in Customer Service or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure they are fully resolved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
