The ideal candidate has fluent English, strong communication and organizational skills, and can work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or similar role.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools.
