Michael Page Colombia is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of SaaS client accounts, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion in a fully remote setup.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure seamless service delivery, monitor health metrics, and drive customer education and adoption initiatives across international clients.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, consulting, or digital services preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of low-touch and tech-touch client accounts to ensure adoption and retention.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Monitor customer health metrics and reduce churn opportunities.
• Own issue resolution and coordinate escalations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure delivery.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and refer qualified leads.
• Track usage metrics and engagement via CRM and analytics platforms.
• Deliver customer education through webinars, workshops, and best-practice sessions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and health scores.
• Contribute to process improvements within Client Success.
