A global digital business services company in Colombia is looking for a Change Management & Customer Success Manager to drive user adoption and satisfaction across its AI and digital products. The role involves implementing structured change-management initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related roles and a bachelor’s degree. This position offers remote work and growth opportunities in a global environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Customer Success, or Transformation roles, ideally in AI, digital, or technology environments.
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP) desirable.
• Familiarity with AI and digital transformation concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design and implementation of structured change-management plans.
• Coordinate communications and readiness sessions.
• Track adoption and performance metrics, gather user feedback.
• Partner with Enablement and Product teams to deliver training.
• Maintain dashboards to measure adoption and usage trends.
• Identify resistance in change programs and recommend actions.
