Job summary

Measure Marketing (MMR) seeks a Customer Success Manager to turn rankings, AI citations, traffic and leads into a clear client story. You’ll be the main partner for B2B clients, ensuring measurable progress, managing risk, and driving retention and expansion across GEO, AI search, SEO and PPC.

You’ll translate GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and HubSpot data into monthly value narratives, draft reports with AI and apply human judgment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at a digital marketing agency, SEO/SaaS company or similar B2B service business.
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with curiosity about AI search.
• Ability to read GA4, Search Console and dashboards and explain changes and implications.
• Proven ability to turn data into a clear, persuasive business story.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, reporting and communication, plus judgment to verify outputs.
• Experience running projects in ClickUp or similar tools and keeping HubSpot clean.
• Comfort with tough conversations, scope management and renewals.
• Professional fluency in English with North American clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships as the main client contact and lead regular reviews.
• Explain AI search shifts and connect GEO, AEO, SEO and PPC to outcomes.
• Link content plans to client goals and drive CRO fixes.
• Turn data from GA4, Search Console, Ads and reporting tools into a monthly value story.
