Persona, a recruiting and staffing company, is hiring a proactive Customer Success & Digital Marketing Manager for an AI-powered donor research platform. This remote role focuses on onboarding trial users, guiding conversions, and driving retention with data-driven marketing strategies.

You will own the marketing plan, manage Google Search campaigns, monitor visibility, and coordinate efforts across partners, while supporting customers with outstanding communication.

Formación

• Experience in customer success, account management, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Excellent written communication for emails, onboarding guides, and reports.
• Effective remote collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Based in Latin America and able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for users of the AI donor research platform.
• Assist trial users and guide onboarding and conversions.
• Manage the marketing plan and paid search campaigns.
• Monitor SEO and GEO visibility for the platform.
• Maintain profiles on G2, Capterra, Crunchbase, and Google Business Profile.
• Draft monthly LinkedIn articles and newsletters.
• Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams.
• Ensure remote-friendly customer support and retention.
