Codekeeper is a remote-first LegalTech company seeking a Customer Success Specialist to bridge customers with our product, support, and legal drafting services. You will help clients reach their desired outcomes and contribute to satisfaction and retention.

You will draft legal documents, perform legal research, and support account setup while assisting clients via email and chat in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service requests and manage Codekeeper accounts.
• Assist with tech setup connections between source code management platforms.
• Guide leads via email and website chat.
• Draft reports and respond to client information requests.
• Draft and review legal language for customer documents.
