Job summary
Track & Crack. seeks a solutions engineer to bridge product and law firms, delivering tailored live demos and proof-of-concept setups. You’ll translate complex AI/ML capabilities into practical business value for senior legal stakeholders.
In a fully remote, Europe-wide team, you’ll craft environments, document integrations, and collaborate with sales to close opportunities, shaping product feedback and onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in solutions engineering or pre-sales.
- Experience presenting to senior partners (managing partners, GCs).
- Strong API literacy, scripting and integration debugging.
- Experience with AI/ML products, document processing, or enterprise SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations and product demos for prospective law firm and in-house legal clients.
- Build custom demo environments and proof-of-concept setups tailored to each prospect’s workflow.
- Translate technical product capabilities into business value for legal professionals.
- Work with the sales lead to qualify opportunities and drive technical close.
- Feed product feedback from prospects into engineering and product teams.
- Build technical documentation, integration guides, and onboarding materials.
