Geeks on Site is seeking a Subscription Retention Specialist to strengthen customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and solving subscription issues. This fully remote, independent contractor role focuses on account maintenance, payment updates, collections, and inquiries from members across our nationwide client base.

You'll work in a fast-paced remote environment, document interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with teammates to improve customer experience and retention

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+) required.
• 1+ year experience in customer retention, collections, sales, or call center environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build customer loyalty by identifying needs and providing effective solutions.
• Handle account maintenance, payment updates, collections, and cancellation requests.
• Conduct follow-up communications to keep accounts active and in good standing.
• Accurately document customer interactions using our CRM platform.
• Meet individual and team performance goals related to customer experience and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
