ELVTR is seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to lead our retention strategy for a global online education platform. You will protect the customer experience, reduce refunds, and recover revenue while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Billing and Ops.

You'll own retention processes, develop scripts, measure key metrics, and coach the retention team to deliver exceptional service. This remote role follows EST hours and offers opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 3+ years in sales retention or customer success in a senior/lead role.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience supporting US market and recovering revenue through refunds and payment recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Own retention process, manage refunds and maximize retained revenue.
• Negotiate alternatives to refunds (credits, payment plans, transfers).
• Recover overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
• Collaborate with Billing, Sales, Product, and Ops.
• Develop retention strategies and scripts for internal use.
• Track retention metrics and report insights.
• Coach retention team and maintain high communication standards.
