Porch Group is a leading vertical software and insurance platform, helping homebuyers with onboarding and product adoption. The Customer Onboarding Specialist configures accounts, conducts virtual trainings, and ensures a successful software launch.

You will guide customers through onboarding, coordinate with internal teams, and build strong relationships while documenting progress and outcomes. Remote Colombia-based role with English-language training.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding or Account Management.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear verbal and written communication skills for live training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when configuring customer accounts and setup tasks.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills for scheduling meetings and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare new customer accounts for a successful launch by configuring key account settings, including logos, agreements, pricing, and other setup details.
• Guide customers through onboarding via phone and email, scheduling on-camera virtual onboarding meetings, and post-training follow-up.
• Conduct virtual training sessions to help customers understand the software and adopt it into their business.
• Manage scheduled onboarding sessions and independent account setup while meeting timelines and maintaining accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with customers, listening to needs and creating a positive onboarding experience.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to introduce additional features or modules.
• Provide prompt support via phone, chat, and email; document interactions and progress.
• Maintain accurate internal records and communicate onboarding progress and next steps with teammates.
