Porch Group is seeking a Mortgage Representative to provide customer care to existing customers and mortgage companies, handling policy documents, coverage verification, payments, and service inquiries. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and is performed remotely from Colombia.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, insurance experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good decision-making.
• Insurance experience preferred, especially homeowners insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and respond to customer questions, routing as needed.
• Process payments and mortgage verifications within authority.
• Research inquiries and respond to appropriate parties promptly.
• Maintain service levels and document files accurately.
• Interface with team, management, and customers on issues.
• Refer callers to underwriters when required and timely.
