Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries via email, chat, phone and other channels; provide accurate information; resolve issues promptly; and maintain detailed records, escalating complex matters as needed.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
