Sauce is seeking experienced remote Customer Care Agents to support B2C and B2B in a fast-paced delivery environment. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, phone, and messaging, document cases precisely, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

A dedicated home workspace and reliable internet are required. This role offers flexible hours with EST shifts, competitive compensation, paid days off, and the chance to help reshape delivery technology for restaurants.

Qualificações

• Experience in fast-paced, real-time support environments, preferably within restaurant/food delivery.
• Proficient with HubSpot and Slack.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must have a dedicated quiet workspace at home with reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-Channel Support via email, phone, chat, SMS, and internal messaging platforms.
• Ticket & Case Management for B2C, B2B and internal requests within SLA.
• Evidence collection and issue resolution for delivery issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with teams (Customer Success, Tier 2, Back Office, Menu, ePayments).
• Contribute to the development and refinement of playbooks, templates, and policies.
• Utilize cloud-based tools and delivery portals to manage tasks efficiently.
