Power Digital is seeking an Associate Account Director to own a portfolio of 4-6 CPG accounts, primarily beauty, personal care, wellness, or food and beverage brands. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for clients, translating data into insights and guiding cross-channel marketing toward business objectives.

You will collaborate with eCommerce, retail, and brand teams, manage channel mix discussions, and support quarterly strategy with Project Managers and the Account Director.

Formación

• 4–7 years of marketing experience in CPG, eCommerce or retail.
• Familiar with DTC, retail media and Amazon basics.
• Understands omnichannel measurement with MMM and incrementality testing.
• Cross-channel fluency across paid, SEO, content, and influencer marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into clear client narratives and insights.

Responsabilidades

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for your department.
• Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM-led calls on smaller accounts.
• Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when execution drifts from strategy.
• Track performance across DTC, retail media, and Amazon ecosystems; surface insights to clients and AD.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
• Advise on channel mix and investment allocation across DTC, retail, and Amazon.
• Support the AD on quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across accounts.
• Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%.
