Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking a CPG Marketing Associate Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4–6 accounts, focusing on beauty, personal care, wellness and food brands. You will be the primary strategic partner, translating data into insights and guiding conversations with clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires 4–7 years in CPG/eCommerce, a strong command of omnichannel measurement, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 4–7 years in CPG, eCommerce, or retail marketing with client management experience.
• Familiar with DTC, retail media and Amazon basics and channel dynamics.
• Understanding of omnichannel measurement and attribution concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day strategic lead for 4–6 CPG accounts in beauty, personal care, wellness or F&B.
• Lead weekly client calls and guide cross-functional teams toward business objectives.
• Translate data into insights, optimize channels, and manage performance narratives.
• Collaborate with PMs and AD to refine quarterly strategy and growth plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive retention.
