Power Digital Marketing in Colombia is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead fashion accounts and drive revenue growth across multi-channel marketing efforts. You will partner with client teams, translate performance data into strategic narratives, and guide senior planners toward achieving business objectives.

• 4–7 years in fashion or DTC marketing
• Strong client relationship management
• Cross-channel marketing strategy
• Data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Own the day‑to‑day strategic lead for Fashion clients and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising and creative teams to maintain alignment with strategy
• Translate performance data into client narratives and actionable plans
• Lead weekly client calls and manage quarterly strategy discussions
• Support retention initiatives and lifecycle marketing across accounts
