Power Digital is a data-driven growth marketing firm that partners with global brands to drive revenue and brand recognition. As Account Manager in the CRO division, you’ll ensure seamless execution of growth ideas, manage internal tickets, and conduct quality checks before involving growth leads.

You will lead client relationships, oversee projects with cross-functional teams, mentor junior managers, and communicate status and insights clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana).

Responsabilidades

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, assisting in their professional growth and development
• Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
