Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT sector.
• At least 1 year focused on Full Life Cycle Recruiting.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing and interviewing.
• Facilitate and organize candidate interviews with clients.
• Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process.
• Tailor recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team for business development.
