You will handle client and subcontractor coordination, maintain accurate records, and learn new software while contributing to thoughtful design and smooth project workflows.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English for regular phone conversations and team communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.
• Comfort learning software, including JobTread.
• Ability to work independently and communicate when help is needed.
• A respectful, service-focused approach to clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls, communicating clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients, subcontractors, and business contacts.
• Support phone outreach and relationship building.
• Keep project information and administrative records organized.
• Learn JobTread and maintain information within the platform.
• Assist with project bookkeeping records in coordination with the primary bookkeeper.
• Follow through on open requests and communicate progress to the team.
• If you bring relevant design skills, assist with drawings or visualizations for remodeling projects.
