Pavago is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This remote role collaborates with project managers, contractors, municipalities, vendors, bonding companies, and leadership to keep projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.

You’ll own contracts and bonding, AIA billing, SOV maintenance, project records, Buildertrend usage, and day-to-day coordination across multiple active

Formación

• Proven experience supporting commercial construction projects.
• Experience with AIA Billing (G702/G703) and Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Experience tracking retainage and construction payment documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial contracts and bonding documentation.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing packages.
• Maintain Schedule of Values (SOV) and track payment milestones.
• Maintain project records in Buildertrend and other PM systems.
• Coordinate communication with clients, contractors, vendors, municipalities and internal teams.
• Assist with project meetings and status updates.
• Support pre-construction and project administration activities.
