Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a proactive Remote Project Coordinator to support our Production Team from a remote setting. You will coordinate remodeling projects for U.S.-based clients, schedule installations, and maintain clear communication with homeowners, installers, and internal departments.

This role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and timely documentation in a fast-paced, home-improvement environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in remote coordination roles
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients
• Strong English, written and spoken
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multiple remodeling projects remotely
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and teams
• Maintain communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track progress and meet deadlines
• Order materials and monitor delivery timelines
• Process project documentation on time
• Assist with financing paperwork
• Collect and record customer payments
• Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain CRM and project management records
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams
